This master plan is a response to the challenges of a highly sloped site. The project is organized into an organic, pedestrian-friendly layout, with moderately inclined streets and walkways ensuring ease of movement and accessibility. Despite the large program, the layout maintains a sense of intimacy and community, reminiscent of the local villages. The design takes full advantage of the panoramic views overlooking the agricultural valley below, providing a serene environment for guests of the resort.
One of the key features of this project is the management of parking. The large garage is hidden from the view of guests, ensuring that the project remains unobtrusive, blending with its surroundings. In addition to the communal outdoor spaces, the villas and riads feature private outdoor realms for longer stay visitors. These spaces provide a tranquil retreat, allowing visitors to enjoy the beauty of the environment in privacy.
